Refund Policy

The short version

Contracts Kit is a one-time digital purchase delivered to you instantly. We back it with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if it genuinely isn't useful, email support@contractskit.com within 7 days and we'll make it right. Because it is an instant digital product you keep, this guarantee is a goodwill policy, not an unconditional refund.

Our 7-day satisfaction guarantee

If, within 7 days of your purchase, Contracts Kit did not give you what we described, tell us at support@contractskit.com and what was wrong. We will first try to fix it, and if we can't, we will refund you. This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.

When we don't refund

Because the product is delivered digitally and you keep it, we decline refunds that are not about a genuine problem with the product, including:

• requests after the 7-day window;
• cases where you already received and used the value (for example, you applied the rewrites or used the documents) and then ask for your money back;
• repeated refund requests across orders, or other signs of abuse;
• change of mind where the product is as described.

Duplicate or accidental charges

These are always refunded. If you were charged twice or by mistake, email support@contractskit.com and we'll return it promptly.

License

Your purchase gives you a license to use the templates for your own business and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the templates themselves as a product. Because they are general information and not legal advice, no refund is available simply because a template did not fit a specific legal situation — please adapt it or have an attorney review it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. Filing a chargeback on a valid, delivered charge instead of contacting us is a breach of our Terms, and we may dispute it with our records and end your access.
